Video Recipe: Homemade Scotch Eggs

Ingredients (per Scotch Egg):
1 sausage
1 soft boiled egg
4 eggs, beaten
Flour
Breadcrumbs

Method:
Skin the sausage
Soft boil the egg, and peel
Wrap the egg in the sausage meat
Coat in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Repeat.
Deep fry for 8-10mins, until golden brown.
Eat!
